朋友是L1, 但是沒搞清楚規定的情況下為別的公司做了個project, 應該是隻能為本公司工作的. 現在兼職的公司出了稅表.下次L1延期的時候查出來了怎麽辦? 會不讓延期了麽? 現在如何補救呢?
-Your friend has violated the status rule. he/she had better go out of U.S. (e.g. China, canada, Mexico) to get a new L1 visa to come back to clear this status violation record. Once he/she comes back with a new L1 visa, nothing will affect him/her in the future.
