1. 我現在的情況是140批準,485 pending,原來是H1B,但是已經失業4個月. 請問申請AP的時候,是否會觸發移民局要求現在的工作證明?
-No. It is irrelevant between AP application and 要求現在的工作證明.

2. 我是否應該把原來的H1B批準的Notice遞交上去?
-Not need for AP application. Providing I-485 receipt is enough.

現在失業這麽久,應該已經失效了.

3. 131 Form Instruction 上說, "for emergent personal or bona fide business reasons" 才可以申請AP. 現在我想申請AP,應該怎麽樣說明這個問題?
-there are different types of AP. For the AP based on pending I-485, you do not need to have emergency, just say you need to visit China/family memeber (e.g. aprents, brothers, sisters, etc.) and that is enough.
