H1B去Puerto Rico和回美不要簽證

We had a trip to Puerto Rico this month and the flight was just a domestic flight. We didn't even bring our passports.

However, we did read from some travel guide book that it is advised for foreigners to carry their passport and valid visa/I-94 with them.
