可以帶在美國麻，如果一直排期不到，能拿著已經批準的140一直呆在美國麻，謝謝

Because your I-140 was approved and PD is not current, you are qualified to extend your h1 for another 3 years interval beyond 6 year H1 limit until your PD becomes current (or getting GC).
