H1未到期，突然被解雇，I140尚未批，天那！

兩個問題。
1、老板隻給我30天時間，但H1還有兩年，若30天過期能否在美國繼續呆下去。
2、我辦的是NIW，若在30天內在其他州找到工作，有可能申請材料從一個中心轉到另外一個中心處理，這對結果有何影響？
