學校要求在春季開學之前做好身份轉換，比如提交F1轉H4的材料；
-As long as you send out the I-539 for change of status from F1 to h4 before the end of Feb. 2010, you have no problem in your status (you have a grace period of 60 days after you finished your F1 study).

LG公司的律師意思是說拿了EAD卡後，應該沒有問題，可我們剛剛才把材料給移民律師，估計很難在春季開學前拿到EAD卡了，猶豫中。。。
-You do not need to get the EAD if you do not want to work. As long as USCIS receive your application for change of status, you are OK.
