有人在機場申請過I-94嗎？

H-4馬上就要過期了，正在轉F-1，但還是在pending（可能還得再過幾個月才能批），因為駕照是跟著原來H-4的，有人說到機場去，拿著receipt就可以去辦一張新的I-94.有人有辦過嗎？在機場的哪個部門呢？謝謝啦！
