Remember that even if you do it on your own, EB2 is still an employment based immigration application.
(1) company's proof that you are paid at least the prevailing wage for your position. Prevailing wage may be determined by the government at the local or national level. Check with your attorney on this.
(2) Company needs to post a position opening for at least 10 consecutive business days and will need to interview any U.S. citizen who satisfies the minimum requirements for the position. If they are rejected, company needs to document why and file with your attorney.
(3) Company needs to sign all forms that require employer's signature (can be prepared by your lawyer).
