1。pijiang的blog裏說到AP 有 2 張(TSC) 或 3 張(NSC)，TSC和NSC是什麽？有什麽區別？我收到的是2張紙，那就是TSC咯？
A: TSC and NSC are USCIS service centers. TSC is in Texas, and NSC is in Nebraska. There are another 2 service centers located in Vermont and California.


2。我的I-94,B1 visa都過期了，AP就相當於visa的話，我離開美國的時候，I-94就不需要給航空公司了？入中國海關的時候，給他們看什麽？我的visa還是AP?
A: You still need to surrender your I-94 when you leave US. When you enter US, I don't think they care about your visa.


3。pijiang的blog裏說“入境時，CBP 通常會收走你所有的 AP，然後隻退回給你一張上麵蓋了戳的”，就是說回美國的時候，我這兩張都會被收走，CBP在其中一張上蓋章，然後退給我？海關會不會為難我不讓我入境？有沒有人拿AP被海關拒絕入境過？
A: Yes, they will give you back one AP with a stamp.


4。我現在這種情況，如果回國，會不會影響I-485的批準？
A: I don't know what you are referring to by saying "my current situation". I don't think it will affect your I-485 just because of your short visit to China.
