My wife has an approved EB3 I140 with priority date My question is if EB3 become current for her tomorrow, can we request transfer the already filed I485s to use her EB3 priority date? (without filing an new I485 since she has left her previous company).
-No. Because the EB2 I-140 is yours and the EB3 I-140 is hers, the PD is not portable.
