回複：請教各位專家: I485 (EB2-PERM) pending, 申請 EB1A的問題

因為排期可能還有一年以上，已等很久。加上能否在幾個月內拿到綠卡，對現在個人工作情況有極大影響。想請教各位專家:

1. 如果我自己file一個EB1A的I-140 petition,是不是對我現在pending的I485 (EB2-PERM)毫無影響(i.e. no delay in process)？
-I do not think there is a negative effect.

2. 如果EB1A的I-140被批準，USCIS是不是會自動relink到我（主申請人）和wife（副申請人）的EB2-PERM I485 (with its early PD)?
-Hard to say, but you had better request USCIS to do so.
若不會，我和wife需要做什麽？
-Contact USCIS and request the relink by mail, email, phone, etc.

3. 還是說應該同時fileEB1A的I-140 petition and I-485?
-Up to you.
這種情況，若EB1A的I-140被拒，會不會影響現在EB2-PERM的I485？
-No.
