I have one question regarding the filing of I485. In Part 3 of I 485 Form,
there is one item "were you inspected by a US immigration officer?" I checked
"no", because I think that by being “inspected", it means special inspection
(which I never had) instead of the regular examination which everyone will
have while entering the USA at the port of entry; otherwise this question
would be nonsense now that everyone will without exception receive examination
when he/she arrives in USA for obtaining the I-94 card. Is my understanding correct? Thanks a lot!
