我現在 h1b工作， 我老婆F1,她2010年2月開始工作。我替她申請了485EAD。公司也可以給她 申請h1b.我們打算1月份一起用AP 回國2月初回來,我的問題是

1. 我們用AP回國後，我老婆單位還可給她申請h1b嗎？
-Yes, of course.
如果可以，好像有出境激活的說法(據 pjiang的博客）.
-Normally, your wife's h1 petition will be approved fully with I-94, and thus, she does not need to 出境激活.

2. 如果需要簽證，不知道簽證會不會使他的485 (我是主申請人）失效？
-If she go out of U.S. without Ap, her I-485 will be affected because her current status is not h1 yet.

3我知道我們可以就讓她用ead工作，但是為了保險還是希望能讓她擁有h1b身份。所以有了這些問題，謝謝解答
-She can use EAD to work if her H1 approval has no I-94. As long as you keep your H1 status valid, it is safe for her to work using EAD because she can go out of U.S. to get an h1 or H4 visa to come back if her I-485 is denied.
