我沒有NIW。
所以，我的理解是隻要我的舊公司不cancel 我的140，我就可以不停的renew 3 年H1B，哪怕新公司不馬上開始給我申請綠卡。而且，如果我換到第三家公司，這情況也一樣適用。對嗎？
