我現在是h1b身份工作。 老婆是H4.
我現在想換工作。現在有倆個問題請教：
1）我需要做h1b transfer。老婆的h4還有倆年過期，她不需要做任何事情對吧？

2）在我H1B transfer申請 pending期間，老婆想回國倆個月。在我的case pending的期間，她返簽H4會有問題嗎？
-She can not use your old H1 approval notice to get the H4 visa.
還是必須等我h1b transfer approve 以後， 她才可以去簽證啊？
-Correct. She can go back to China first, and then apply for the h1 visa after your H1 transfer is approved (you can send the H1 approval notice (photocopy or original) to her for her h4 visa application.
