不想找律師了。太貴。
請教填什麽表。如何操作啊。
-Two choices/ways:
1. Your wife come to U.S. with a nonimmigration visa such as H4, etc. and then, file I-485 directly when your 排期 is current.

2. You can file I-824 for your wife and thus, your wife can apply for an immigration visa in China using consulate processing when your 排期 is current.
