H1b has gap after using AP, whast is my status then?

Pjiang,
一月份我的H1 已經6年到期， 用了LD 的EAD繼續工作， 直到我的140 也APPROVED，
H1B 6 年以後的延期(三年)批準， 但是從9月才開始。我的問題是我現在是AOS 還
是H1B? 新的H1 EXTENSION 有I-94 ATTACHED。
