保證是最後一個：我很想在境內做H1 extension, 可公司的律師認為既然我不是用的H1B入境，那麽AP失效以後目前就沒有任何合法身份了。沒有合法身份就不能在境內extend/reinstate H1B,隻能出境重新激活H1B. 律師還認為我現在已經屬於沒有合法身份的非法逗留，應該盡快離境。
-This lawyer is not professional, and his/her comments are ridicular. Your status is AOS after using AP and you can extend/transfer h1 to re-instate your H1 status any time within U.S. after using AP. But you can not do that within US if you use EAD. I think this lawyer think using AP = using EAD.

請問有何比較明確的法律條文可以用來說服律師我可以在境內extend H1B麽？律師也承認這是個灰色區域，隻是他傾向於保守的做法。十萬分感謝您的耐心答複！
