2，即使他能從原辦照機關獲得無未了事宜的證明，駐外領館也不會給他發因私護照，為啥？不告訴你，我不能泄露國家機密呀！領事館那麽說隻是在敷衍。
-That is exact why I suggest him to get a US citizenship becasue his original working unit in China may not support him to get a private passport because they might not be happy he did not come back to China after he finished his job in US.

3，你讓他入美國籍，光拿美國護照是不能入境中國的，還得有簽證，他去簽證也會受阻的。
-If he does not have any political reason (e.g. against Chinese Govenment), I do not think he has a problem to get a Chinese visa.
