在國內時是CP， 來美5年沒有交黨費等

在國內時是CP， 來美5年沒有交黨費等。後來因為J1的原因回國， 國內又把黨員續上了。現剛來美國1個月，準備遞交Eb1a 485, 是共產黨，GC 會有問題嗎？應該怎麽解釋？ 謝謝
