我有兩個I140，一個EB1， 一個EB2。但USCIS把他們都登記成second preference。我在最近push我的I485時，才發現這個錯誤。see follow：

於是，在高手指點之下，我打電話去USCIS詢問和要求更正，並fax我的EB1 approve notice 作為證據。沒想到20天之後，得到USCIS回複卻讓我吐血。
回複1：
The I 140 SRC ****** was filed as a first preference case， however, the adjudicator approved the I 140 as 2nd preference.
回複2：
After the examiner reviewed the information in the application, he determined that the application did not meet the qualifications for 1st preference and rather than denying the application, he approved it as 2nd preference.
這明顯是出錯不認錯。請問高人，在這種情況下，還有可能申訴嗎。我的approve notice 上明白寫著 EB1(a)。
