in this situation, "他們認為不需要再file I-129了，直接重新辦護照，即使等到昨天機場拿到那張I-94過期也不要緊，因為我可以以郵來的那張到2011過期的I-94為準。同時他們說不用再聯係CBP了，下次入境可能要解釋一下，但應該還好" - it might work, but also may bring you trouble in future
