They are waiting for PERM

I know it from my lawyer early this year.

It will not get any progress for at least another 12-18 monthes.
After PERM is implemented, the backlog labor will be moved to some other places to use PERM to process. Then, you will see another serveral monthes at least.

So, normally, you will not get any results for another 16-24 monthes.
