現在好象如果在美國境內申請需要交$70給Department of State,支票title上是要寫Department of State嗎?在移民局網站上好象沒有找到準確的答案.
-If you will file I-485 in US, you do not need to pay that fee. The I-864 filing fee is for Consular Processing (CP) for immigration visa outside U.S. The Nationa Visa Center will send you the instruction how to pay this fee if you use CP.
