有綠卡,在中國工作7-9個月, 在美國工作3-5, 每年來回兩次,每次約在美國1-3個月,請問我是否仍需要申請回美證嗎
-If you do that for several times, USCIS may consider that you do not have the intent to live in US permanently. So, you had better get the reentry permit.
