回複：H1B 被之前申請的H4B覆蓋?

祝福各位感恩節快樂!

這幾天遇到一個鬧心事.

最近好不容易老板答應給H1B. 為了盡快搞定,申請還加急處理機.這樣一來就出問題了.因為我遞H1B約一個月前遞了H4B(當然申請的時候注明了). 因為加急處理H1B很快就下來,我還沒高興幾天,之前申請的H4B也批了,而且在H1B之後. 所以我現在又回到H4B.請問這種情況怎麽辦?
-You have no choice, but file change of status application from H4 to H1B again if you want to be H1 status. You should have cancelled the H4 application after you filed the H1 petition.

可以和移民局交涉嗎?
-No, USCIS had no fault.
