I filed my I485 on 6/3/2002, I already get my fingerprint taken. But my lawyer told me it will take about 5-6 years to process until I got my green card,so I still have to wait about 3years. We had better organize some people who has same situation like us in the forum, and spending money together then file to immigration office , they probably will be faster, I mean that we need ask lawyer to suit immigigration office. I485 is that mean "adjustment to permanent resident" , people who got political asylum status?
