十年前姐姐來美國時填表到有沒有兄弟姐妹在美國這一項時,填的沒有.我在她之前來美國. 現在想讓媽媽和弟弟同來,在填到這一項時,怕因填有兩個女兒在美國而牽連到她.最壞結果會怎麽樣?她會被遣返嗎?
-Did you mean your sister filled that information in the non-immigration visa application form? If so, you do not need to worry about that because the non-immigration application information usually is only kept in the system for one year after the applcant enters US. So, your sister's application information was removed.
