You should write a letter to USCIS to clarify it (enclosed a copy of your EB1 I-140 Approval Notice) and ask them to fix it. Also you may go to USCIS local office to see whether they can help you to fix it. USCIS usually makes this kind of the mistake all the time. So, you need to monitor your case all the time so that if something is unusual, you can ask them to fix it. For your case, you should have found this problem long time ago.

But you do not worry too much and I believe USCIS will fix it for you as long as you take some time and efforts to push them.
