Local officer told me that TSC will process soon. Actually, both the local office and TSC informed me by tel. in the afternoon that day that TSC has processed the afternoon.
I got it the day after the second day using over nightmail. I promised to pay my self whem the post was arrived, but the USPS did not charge any to me.
