回複：H1 - Officer surprise visit to validate employment?

My friend just had a surprise visit from immigration officer to verify employment with her and her boss. Is this normal and will they also do the same for 485 applicants or just H1?
-Yes, it is very common in these days because USCIS want to make sure the employer does not have cheating on the H1 petition. It has nothing to do with your friend's I-485 or any personal thing.
