境外申請父母綠卡期間，父母可以在綠卡批準前來美探親嗎？怎樣才能讓父母在挺長的等待期間來美探親？
-Yes. But the problem is it is very difficult/impossible for them to get a non-immigration visa (e.g. B2) to enter U.S. because of their immigration intent.
