If you meet a person who is reasonable, also he urgent to divorce because he wants to give another girl greencard, also he treats the green card as a threaten to you, what you can do?

I have no choice for my current situation, I know it will take a long time to get green card, but what I can do?

also the divorce trial is at the end of this year, no idea if i refused to sign but the court agrees to divorce.
