本人 剛剛來到一個大學做 part-time的 postdoc，剛剛開始工作 3周左右。現在有個工業界的offer覺得還不錯，

1）請問 我剛剛工作3周，可以辦H1B transfer嗎？
-It is hard to say. Based on the H1 rule, you need to work for the employer for significant time (e.g. 2 to 3 months), but you can ask your new employer try it using premium processing (the company should pay all the fee if they really want you). I do not sugggest you to work before the transfer is approved because it is too risky in your situation.

2）如果transfer不成功的話，我現在在這個大學的 H1B還是有效的對嗎？
-Yes. But you had better not let your current employer know you find a new job and do the H1 transfer.
我還可以繼續留在這個大學做postdoc對嗎？
-Yes.
