你現在起必須 closely watch visa bulletin，一般下個月的bulletin，都是前兩個星期內公布的。比如說12月的 visa bulletin，11月12~15日就公布了。一旦你發現自己下個月current了，你還有兩個星期時間準備配偶的485申請。你已經有結婚證書（如果是中文的，要英文公正）了，接下來的也就是填些表格，配偶去體檢之類的，2個星期足夠搞定。其實你現在就可以開始準備一些文件。然後保證移民局12月1日收到你的申請。最壞的可能性就是你1日就被approve，這個時間尷尬的時間重合，移民局會怎麽處理，我就不知道了。Otherwise you should be fine.
