有在美國的綠卡持有者對未滿18歲的兒子申請.... this has notthing to do with this type of parole, what really matters is the urgent/extreme hardship nature.

It can not be used to bypass the normal immigration process, so you are not eligible. Also, most eligible humanitarian parole cases skip the I-131 process anyway.
