當你入美國籍時，你需要交回綠卡。 如果你在入籍前一年，申請一張綠卡（理由是丟失），那麽你可以保留原來的那張綠卡：

1 離開美國， 出示美國護照， 或中國護照加綠卡都可以。
2 進入中國， 出示中國護照。
3 離開中國， 出示中國護照， 加綠卡。
4 進入美國， 出示美國護照。雖然美國護照上沒有中國邊防的記錄， 但美國根本不care.
