回複：I-20: 交I-485的材料

請教: 哪位知道如何查找I-20? 我的情況是這樣的: 我十幾年前在美國讀書 ( F1 visa ), 當時有I-20. 畢業後就回國了, 現在找不到I-20了. 問過當年讀書的學校, 學校也沒留存. 現在要辦綠卡, 正在準備485的材料, 其中要交I-20 的copy. 謝謝!
-If you had stayed in China for a couple of years before re-entering U.S. for this green card application, you do not have to provide the I-20. The Degree certication and the transcripts are enough for you to prove your qualifications in school.
