Do not be disappointed.New Jersey LC is processing the cases received by 01-May-2002.Just be patient and the LC will come to your hands when you do not think about it.Be happy everyday since your upset can not change anything.

FYI : LC and INS GC policy:

"People will their GC approved only when they do not want to get the GC anymore"
