回複：Help for dependent of EAD holder for university

I am EAD holder and so is my kid. My kid will go to university, does he need visa for university .
-No. His AOS status is OK for enrolling a school and he can continue to work on-campus or off-campus using EAD.

He is here in USA for work using EAD for several year. Any help will be very appreciated.
