1 我做了三年半的博士後在同一所學校, 是否可以申請EB1B? 我的老板和係主任都很好，同意出新支持辦理。關於title 的事，有比我年長的中國博士後，還沒轉哪。我實在不好提出太多要求。
-Technically, No because USCIS does not consider PostDoc position is permanent. But you can ask your dean to use a another title such as Research Associate, Research Scientist, etc. I have known several PostDoc did that and got the green card.
To your Dean, PostDoc Research Associate is not different from Reserch Associate, right?
