我有幾個問題請教大家

1》我的兄弟姐妹幫我申請綠卡，可沒給我孩子申請，那我的孩子是我們出國的時候就能一起帶出去，還是我們大人出國之後才能申請孩子出國，申請綠卡，孩子今年14歲。
2》485批了之後多久就能入美國？
