eb1a 140 披了，要回國轉換身份，走之前在美國遞交全家的824，可以在國內等嗎，
-Normally, it takes about one year for consulate rpocessing. You of course can stay in China for the immigration visa. But you need to find a potential U.S. employer (get an permanent on offer) before you are interviewed for the immigration visa. Otherwise, you can not get the visa.

問題時從美國走了，這邊的工作就辭了，沒有h1b了，不知道行不行
-If you employer agree that you can work for him after you get the green card (the employer need to give you a formal job offer letter.
