best way is going to Congressman or Senator's office by yourself.last year we went Congressman office.About ten days ago we went to Senator's office In OKlahoma city,His a assistant help us call USCIS at once,On OCT 26,our familly 485s got improved (3 people).My case:
EB2(NIW), TSC
Priority date: 3/12/05
we also let my lawer to send a requst to USCIS.
Also try write a mail to first lady.
