老師，順便跟您提一下，我回國時候，隻是把最早的I94交了，I797上麵的I94沒有被收上去。也就是說我現在手裏有兩張I94（一張I797上的，一張這次回國新發的）.如果是這樣的話，您上麵講的仍然都成立，對吧？
-Yes. No difference. As long as you left U.S., your status terminated and all the old I-94 were over. When you come back to US with a new visa, you reinstated your status with the new I-94 (equal to your first time entry to U.S.).
