回複：皮匠幫幫忙，H1失業又找到工作後怎麽轉身份？

我原是H1B，整3個星期前丟了工作，現在有個口頭offer,說下周四會有正式offer.丟工作後的第二天網上填了轉身份的i-539， 要求轉B2， 現在還在initial preview階段， 也不知道能不能批。 現在我該怎麽把身份轉回h1b?
-File H1 transfer using Premium Processing to get approved, and then immidiately cancel the B2 application.
要盡快撤銷B2神情嗎？

要不要出境轉H1？
-Dpends on whether you can get the h1 application fully with I-94. If the approval has no I-94, go out of U.S. to get an H1 visa to come back.
