USCIS呀

我自己辦延期，老板隻是簽個字。 再說，延期也沒注明延期多久，隻說明公司願意繼續雇傭，工資多少。

-You are lucky that USCIS extended your H1 for one year, and they might just extended your H1 for one month because you did not indicate how long you needed to extend your h1 status on the Form I-129 when you applied for the H1 renewal.

One thing you need to do is to renew your H1 again before this H1 expires and remember that you need to indicate your h1 extention beginning at what date and ending at what date on the application form next time.
