pjiang和其他experts：I140填表急問

I140第三部分，個人情況中，在表格最底下問“Current Nonimmigrant Status". 我目前NIW140已過，已經使用EAD工作，用過AP，H-1b過期。請問如何填這一個？

我想天parolee,但那不是nonimmigrant status呀？
