您好老師，我今年申請的H1B,老公H4.申請下來我們倆8月份就回中國了，10月5日回到美國。可是入關時候，那個custom officer沒有把在飛機上新發的I94號碼劃掉，改成I797上麵I94的號碼。我問他要不要劃掉，他說我不懂，不用我管。所以，現在我們倆每個人都有兩個I94號碼。
-The officer is right. Your I-94 number is the one you entered U.S. on Otc. 5. The I-94 on I-797 (Approval Notice) is out of date, so you just keep it in your file and it has been oeverwritten by your new I-94 (got in the port of entry).

請問您我現在需要做什麽呢？
-Nothing needed to do.
還是允許有兩個I94號碼？萬分感謝！！！
