回複：J1 waiver後回國返簽多大可能被拒？

我J1 postdoc，已經waiver了，但沒有申請H1，DS2019以及合同到明年才到期，而visa
stamp早在去年年底就過期了。現在有事情想回國一趟，就得去簽證。這樣會有多大可能被拒簽？
-You should have no problem to get the J1 visa. But if your major is sensitive (e.g. nuclear, chemistry, etc.), you might be checked for your background.
有沒有辦法讓大使館不拒簽？謝謝！
